About LCOP

Photo by Anna Shvets from PexelsLeadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) is a 132-hour International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) delivered through a partnership with Heidrick & Struggles, a worldwide leadership advisory firm. Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance is a highly-participatory and interactive program offered over five months, completed in sequence and as a cohort. Classes meet virtually via Zoom; instruction lasts from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In addition to 12 full days of instruction, your learning will be supplemented by weekly telephone conference calls, assigned readings, journaling and coaching practice. You will begin to coach following the second module, and you will be asked to record 30-minute coaching sessions. You will receive individual feedback from ICF-certified coaches to help you improve and further develop your coaching skills.

Registration Fee: $10,950

Participants may be eligible for the Sallie Mae loan and MyCAA. Visit the Funding Sources and Financial Assistance webpage for more information.
