Christopher Brookfield

Christopher BrookfieldA former entrepreneur and CEO, Chris is currently principal and executive and team coach at Heidrick & Struggles. Chris was trained and certified through The Coaches Institute, one of the oldest and most rigorous coaching schools in the country. He is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach with over 15 years of experience leading coaching programs for Fortune 500 companies–impacting leaders, teams and the organizations. Chris served for three years on the Board of Directors of the Metro DC ICF, has lectured at the Darden School of Business, and is adjunct faculty at American University. He holds a B.A. in psychology from Duke University and an MBA from Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

 

Amy Daws

Amy DawsAmy Daws is founder of You Say Tomato LLC, which grows global leaders through coaching and consulting to bridge communication gaps that get in the way of high performance. A dual national (UK/US), bilingual Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF, Amy has held senior executive roles in HR and Communications, and her experiences on both sides of the Atlantic inform her practice. Her expertise in leadership development led her into supporting top executives from Colgate-Palmolive, Sumitomo, and Brooks Life Sciences, and her coaching spans two decades, with clients ranging from emerging to C-suite leaders, and from psychotherapists to scientists. Amy has an MA in global leadership and a BA in communications (minor: international business). She has lectured for DeSales University’s MBA program and has mentor-coached Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) students since 2018.

 

Sandi Stewart

Sandi StewartSandi Stewart is an executive coach and consultant with over 20 years of organizational experience. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) with over 2,500 hours of coaching. Sandi has a BA in psychology and French from Colgate University and an MBA from Columbia University. She was an adjunct professor of leadership development for a Master of Business program and a former manager with Johnson & Johnson, Hearst/ABC, Harcourt Brace Jovanovich and Ferrero, N.A. She serves on the ICF Independent Review Board and writes for The Library of Professional Coaching.

 

Annalise Matulewicz

Annalise MatulewiczAnnalise Matulewicz is the principal of Build IN, a national performance and workshop practice. Annalise’s approach to partnering with clients has been shaped by more than 20 years of driving revenue through building and leading high-performing, international sales teams. As a coach with clients that range from C-level executives to emerging leaders, she has earned a reputation as both a catalyst for inspiring authentic leadership and igniting positive change. In addition to teaching at Rutgers University and American University, Annalise is an adjunct professor at West Chester University in the graduate program in training and psychology. She earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing management from Virginia Tech and a Master of Arts in Industrial and organizational psychology from West Chester University. She is a certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation.
